*Gratitude for the Maritime Academy & Arshyan Sir*
The Maritime Academy’s unwavering support and dedicated faculty, especially *Arshyan Sir*, were instrumental in helping me secure a fleet sponsorship. While the academy doesn’t offer degrees, its focused training for exams like IMUCET and sponsorship programs is unmatched.
**Arshyan Sir*, our general aptitude mentor, turned a daunting subject into my strength. His simplified techniques for logical reasoning and math, paired with relentless mock tests, built both speed and accuracy. But beyond aptitude, he taught resilience. “Stumble here, so you stride there,” he’d say, staying back to re-explain concepts until every student grasped them.
Their door was always open, whether for career advice or personal struggles. Their belief in students during moments of self-doubt (“You’re built for this!”) kept us pushing forward. The academy’s blend of mentorship and the faculty’s expertise didn’t just prepare us for sponsorships—it shaped us into a confident mariner.
To future cadets: This place turns potential into purpose, thanks to teachers like Arshyan Sir, who care more about your growth than the clock.
